Terms of use

Who we are. Business Chat AI sells a web workspace for official WhatsApp Cloud API operations to businesses worldwide. We do not issue WhatsApp numbers and we do not perform Meta Business Verification.

The service. Inbox, campaigns, templates, automation, contacts, logs, team access, and Razorpay billing for our software. Delivery of WhatsApp messages depends on Meta. We do not guarantee every message is delivered.

Accounts. You are responsible for workspace members, API tokens, accurate billing details, and compliance with Meta and WhatsApp Business Messaging policy. Keep credentials private. You must be 18 or older and able to contract for a business.

Acceptable use. Send only Meta-approved templates to people who opted in. Do not spam, scrape, harvest numbers, or use unofficial WhatsApp. Do not use the service to evade Meta policy. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.

Plans and payment. Free and paid limits apply to messages sent through this platform, connected numbers, contacts, and seats. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly through Razorpay until cancelled. Yearly billing includes two months free versus paying twelve months. Meta conversation fees are separate and billed by Meta.

Refunds and cancellation. You may cancel a paid plan from billing in the workspace or by writing via contact. Cancellation stops the next Razorpay renewal. Fees already collected for the current period are generally not refunded, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise or we agree in writing after a billing error. If a charge fails, we may pause paid features until payment succeeds.

Content. Message content belongs to your workspace. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service, logs, security, and support.

Intellectual property. The Business Chat AI name, logo, and software remain ours. You keep your templates and customer data.

Liability. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for Meta outages, template rejections, or message failure. Our aggregate liability for the software in any twelve months is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.
