About Business Chat AI — business chat on WhatsApp Cloud API

Who we are

Business Chat AI builds and operates a SaaS product of the same name. We sell software subscriptions, not WhatsApp phone numbers. Our customers are businesses that want to talk to their own customers on official WhatsApp Business Cloud API after Meta has verified their company.

Workspaces can be created for any supported country. Plan prices are shown in that country’s currency, including INR, USD, GBP, EUR, AED, SGD, AUD, and CAD. Payments for the software are processed through Razorpay.

What we provide to customers

• A secure web workspace (inbox, campaigns, templates, automation, contacts, logs, team seats).
• Connection to the customer’s own Meta WhatsApp Cloud API credentials (WABA ID, Phone Number ID, access token or Embedded Signup).
• Webhook routing so inbound customer chats and delivery statuses arrive in that workspace.
• Plan limits and Razorpay billing for the software. WhatsApp conversation charges remain on the customer’s Meta account.
• Human support for onboarding, connection, and billing via our contact form.

What we do not provide

• We do not issue, rent, or sell WhatsApp numbers.
• We do not complete Meta Business Verification. That review is done by Meta in Business Manager.
• We do not offer unofficial WhatsApp, “WhatsApp web” scraping, or bulk messaging outside Cloud API rules.
• We do not send marketing templates to people who have not opted in.

How we use WhatsApp

Business Chat AI uses official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API only. End customers of our clients receive messages from the client’s verified WhatsApp Business display name — not from an unofficial sender. Our own company may use WhatsApp Cloud API to support clients who opt in. Details are on the WhatsApp messaging policy.
